I have been awarded the highly competitive Protein Society Young Investigator Travel Award for the upcoming Annual Symposium in Boston.
On July 19th, my twin brother Alper Karagöl and I will present our recent findings on the engineering and adaptation of synaptic vesicle proteins. We will share this work and discuss its broad implications across two specialized sessions: Protein Nanotechnology and Protein Evolution.
We extend our deepest gratitude to The Protein Society and to Wiley for sponsoring this prestigious honor and generously supporting our travel to the annual meeting.
