Clinical Research in the UK: Mapping Prescribing Dynamics

During our clinical time in London, we (Alper and Taner Karagöl) conducted research with Prof. Galloway. Our work focused on analyzing population-level data to map epidemiological shifts and medication trends across the region.
I had the privilege of presenting these findings at the King’s College Hospital Research Update Conference and the Future of Rheumatology conferences. These sessions allowed us to discuss new methods for tracking treatment pathways and understanding prescribing patterns at scale.
We are currently finalizing the manuscripts for publication. This work represents a vital intersection of clinical medicine and computational analysis that defined much of our experience within the UK medical system.
